Spring Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra + Sound Bath: A Journey of Re-Awakening a collaboration of Melissa Jhunja + Jennifer Vagios
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice designed to deeply relax and release tension held in the subconscious and unconscious. Although “Nidra" means yogic sleep, it is actually a practice of awakening to one’s true nature.
Spring is a time of re-birth and renewal for mother earth and ourselves.
Melissa will take you through a thoughtfully designed yoga practice that will include breath work, gentle asana and guided visualization where we will invite the body, mind and spirit to receive our deeply planted seed of intention or Sankalpa.
The practice will be perfectly complimented by Jennifer’s exquisite vocals, sacred sounds in the form of kirtan, mantra, crystal singing bowls and other instrumentation that will enable you to move forward with ease, cultivate your intentions and to watch them unfold.
You will leave feeling renewed and re-connected.
